We keep nothing personal beyond what you choose to give us. That means a name, a phone number, an email address, plus whatever you tell us about your project or attach as a file, on a form here or when we speak.

We use them to answer you, schedule an estimate visit, put a quote or bid together and check back with you afterward. They are never sold. They are also never passed to outside companies for those companies' own marketing.

Dialing the number on this site can send your call through a tracking provider, so we know which enquiries began online, and some calls are recorded to check quality. Anything sent through a form reaches us by email, and we keep it so we can follow up.

Analytics on this site show us, in aggregate, how people move through it. At any time you can ask what personal information we have on you and ask us to fix or erase it. Asking will not change how you are treated. Use any route listed on our contact page.
